The Empowered to Lead program is an exciting opportunity for females aged 16 and older to kickstart their coaching journey. Each participant will be assigned to a Twisters team along with a coaching mentor.
Through mentorship and hands-on experience, participants develop essential leadership skills, such as team communication, practice planning, and creating a personal coaching philosophy. This flexible program empowers future female coaches by fostering confidence and providing a unique pathway for skill development, both on and off the ice. Applications for the 2025-2026 season are now being accepted!
