Dave Lafleur Head Coach U18A 2026-2027
Dave is a non-parent coach with over 20 years of coaching experience working with both boys’ and girls’ hockey programs. This will be his second season with North Halton. Before joining the Twisters, Dave spent five years as the U18A Head Coach in Burlington, where he built a highly successful and respected program. Prior to that, he led the U15A and U15AA teams in Burlington.
Dave is known for creating an environment where players can learn, improve, and have fun — a team culture that players are eager to be part of. He places a strong emphasis on team unity, believing that a group that likes and trusts each other will always work hard for one another.
