Our mission is to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where athletes in Halton Hills, Milton, and surrounding communities can develop their hockey skills, enjoy the sport, and build lifelong friendships. We are committed to promoting good sportsmanship, fair play, equity, and fun at all levels, ensuring every participant has the opportunity to thrive on and off the ice.

- Organize, promote, and teach hockey skills to athletes across all levels of play.
- Achieve recognition as one of the premier women’s hockey associations in Ontario.
- Maintain a highly competitive standard with AA teams across all age divisions.
- Develop a robust marketing and social media strategy to enhance our presence and attract new members and sponsors.
- Grow our membership base, particularly among younger age groups, and establish new programs to meet diverse needs.
- Strive to establish a junior team, recognizing the need for collaborative efforts and external support.
- Ensure rigorous financial accountability and responsibility to support sustainable growth.
Key Successes over the past few years
- Inaugural Player Banquet: Celebrated our players and their achievements.
- New Organization Logo: Implemented a fresh and modern logo.
- Leadership Development Program: Enhanced the skills and capabilities of players and volunteers.
- Non-Parent Coaches: Appointed non-parent coaches for all AA teams, ensuring unbiased coaching.
- Milton Community Fund Grant: Secured essential financial support for our programs.
- Traveling House League Participation: Offered broader competitive experiences for certain age divisions.
- Formation of AA Teams: Established AA teams across all age divisions.

Post-Secondary Scholarships: awarded scholarships for graduating members to support their continued education.
- First Shift and Second Shift Programs: Encouraged new players to join and develop their skills in partnership with the NHLPA.

Kruger Big Assist Grand Prize: Celebrated grand prize winner of $100K, recognizing our contributions to making hockey more accessible.
