NHGHA Scholarship Winners
Submitted By Carolyn Tegelaar on Wednesday, June 10, 2020
The North Halton Girls Hockey Association is committed to helping our graduating players further their education with the introduction of a scholarship. The stated guideline was to award one scholarship to a House League player and another to a Rep player.  Even though we did not receive any applications from House League players it was decided to still award 2 scholarships in our inaugural season.

We would like to congratulate the winners of this year's North Halton Twisters Scholarship award. The two very deserving recipients are Grace Lounsbury and Megan Kroes

Both of these girls demonstrated a high level of academic achievement, volunteer work and participation in extracurricular activities.

We want to thank all of the applicants for taking the time to apply for the first annual Twisters scholarship award. Each and every one of you were deserving in your own right and you made our decision very difficult.

Best wishes in your post-secondary endeavours.
