Our Association received a Grant from Milton to assist with the purchase of Goalie Equipment.
We have decided to allocate $150 to each dedicated HL and Rep Goalie as follows:
Goalie must be rostered on a NHGHA team for the 2023-2024 Season.
Goalie must provide detailed documentation i.e. copies of Receipt or Invoice for Goalie equipment purchased between the dates of January 11, 2023 and December 31, 2023
Unfortunately we cannot reimburse items purchased before January 11, 2023 due to the terms of the Grant. Details of goalie equipment, $$ paid and date of purchase must be shown on the invoice/receipt.
3. Deadline to email the claim is 11:59pm on December 31, 2023.
4. All information for the claim should be emailed to [email protected] before the deadline. The subject line on the claim email should be Goalie Equipment Reimbursement - Name of Goalie, Division, Team.
5. Reimbursements will be processed by cheque in January 2024. Include the name of Payee (Parent/Legal Guardian) and mailing address in the claim email.
6. We encourage you to send all your Goalie equipment receipts. Any receipts sent over $150 will be considered for an additional refund based on the total amounts of reimbursement claims received by Goalies by Dec 31, 2023 and amounts of funds remaining in the Grant to be distributed.
