Madeline Whaley is thrilled to continue her coaching journey with the North Halton Twisters for the 2025-26 season. Currently coaching our U15B team, she has built a strong team mindset that is focused on player development, team mentality and player enjoyment.
Madeline recently joined the University of Toronto coaching staff at the OUA level. She is looking forward to bringing aspects and her learnings to the NHGHA development system. Using age-appropriate techniques and altering teaching styles for different athletes, she has greatly improved the development progress of the teams she coaches. Going through a strict development plan through the season that demands accountability, effort, and respect is evident in her team’s practice and game structure. She is looking forward to creating a positive team environment that is focused on player development, hard work and most importantly, the love of hockey.
