Limehouse Practice

We have the opportunity to practice our full ice systems/positioning in an off ice facility.
This practice will provide the girls with a better understanding of how the full ice game of hockey is played, and give the coaching staff the ability to teach the girls in a more quieter and controlled setting.
Please do your best to bring your daughter to this practice.
Equipment required:
Helmet
Road hockey stick
Hockey gloves
Soccer shin pads (if possible)
High socks/pants
Indoor running shoes
Water bottle
