Boot Camp

Location: Sherwood Community Centre
Players will be doing dryland, classroom coaching and on-ice training. Ice sessions are 10:00-11:30 a.m. and 2:00-3:30 p.m. We also have a room booked for the day. Parents are welcome to drop off and come back at pick-up. Lunch and snacks are provided for the players.
