It is with great sadness and a heavy heart, that I announce the passing of Coach Emily at the age of 32.
She was diagnosed with Breast cancer in February 2019 and battled this terrible disease to the bitter end.
Emily began coaching with the Twisters during the 2016 season. Her kind smile and pleasant approach coupled with the desire to give back to the game she loved will always be remembered.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to her husband Alex, and all of her friends and family during this difficult time. Rest in peace Emily.
